Hello everyone.. My name is Priti Nath Guru & today I’ve brought an another diet recipe for you. Suji Ka Pooda (Cheela ) Its a very light dish & if we make it properly by adding lot of vegetables Then its a complete balanced food which you can take in your breakfast, lunch or even in evening snacks. Its a complete food in itself and it can be customised as per the requirement So let’s have a look to how to make it also at the ingredients required 1 Cup Semolina You can take vegetables as per your liking, here I’ve taken Cabbage & Carrot Along with this I’ve taken Green Chilly, Onion You can also add Cauliflower & Capsicum in it But whatever vegetable you are taking, make sure you chop them finely as you can see I’ve done it same way Here I’ve Carom Seeds, Coriander Seed Powder, Salt & Cooking Oil Here I’ve already mised the Semolina in Water for about 30 mins back Now you can add the vegetables according to your choice and required quantity I’am adding Cabbage & Carrot in it Some finely chopped Onion & Green Chilly as well Adding little bit of Carom Seeds as its very good for the stomach Adding Salt to taste, little bit of Coriander Seeds Powder Mix it well I’ve added lot of vegetables in it It has become very nutritious and anybody can have it, Like kids and even adults can enjoy this , as its recommended for everybody Provided it depends which variety of vegetable you want to add Also you can control the quantity of Cooking Oil in this dish as per your requirement If you are making this for kids or for the person who want to gain weight For them you can make it with sufficient quantity of cooking oil Otherwise just spread the little bit cooking oil. You can also make it on non stick pan Just spread the Cooking Oil on all around the pan and put the spoon full batter on it Spread he batter evenly on the pan as we use to spread while making Cheela or any other such dish Make sure you spread it evenly Pan should be slightly coated with Cooking Oil Do not put much oil if you want to do weight loss or if you are health conscious But if you are making this for kids & the person who want to gain weight, make it with the good amount of oil Leave it for sometime to get cooked As soon it was cooked from the bottom, I’ve flipped it and now we’ll cook it from the other side It has protein, carbohydrates & since we’ve used little bit of fat so it has fat too It also contains all the minerals and vitamins because of the vegetables we’ve added (Carrot & Cabbage) We’ve also added Green Chilly which is very good in Vitamin E So this could be a complete breakfast or a snack item for you One thing to be careful about is the quantity of the Cooking Oil to be used in it I hope you’ll like this Suji Ka Ppoda (Cheela) and you ‘ll make it If you like this video, do like and share it also do comment in the comment section below.
