Welcome to Pot to Plates Kitchen, Today i am going to show how to make instant Homemade Badam Milk Mix. I have provided the ingredients required in the description box, Please take a look before start preparing the recipe. Take 1 cup Almonds & soak it in hot water for 10 mins to remove the skin & keep it ready. Add 1/4 cup Pistachio, 1/4 cup Cashews & dry roast them in a Pan. Maintain medium flame through out. Colour of nuts should not change & nice aroma should start coming out it. Switch of the flame move it to plate & cool it down. Allow it to cool down completely, it should not be grinded when its hot. Take 1/2 cup Palm candy or Jaggery powder to get the sweet taste. Add 6 cardamom, 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder grind them well to make a fine powder. Add the roasted nuts to this, add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder & grind it well to make a fine powder. It will be slightly in coarse consistency. Do not worry. Add 1 cup good quality & Full cream Milk Powder to this & mix it well. Add Saffron to this & grind it once to make fine Powder. Adding Saffron is optional only. Now Healthy Instant Badam Mix is ready. As it was grinded in the mixer it will be hot,Spread it in a plate for few mins to cool down then store in air tight container This can be used under room temperature for 3 weeks & 2 months if refrigerated. In a hot glass of milk, Mix 1.5 tsp Badam mix & serve. Healthy homemade Badam milk is ready. This can be consumed by children or adults. I hope you will like this recipe.
