I want to take a minute today to talk about how to make healthy eating a little easier. Batching. Batch your dinners. Make more than you need so you have leftovers. Number two make the same stuff over and over. You don’t have to be a culinary chef. Just make the same few things. We make green juice every morning. It’s the same recipe. It’s what we like. We know what to get at the grocery store. It’s easy. And then we do not have to think about it. We also make detox salad once a week. It goes back to number one. That’s batching. Make a huge batch and we have it for the week. We don’t think about it.
Make stuff you like over and over over. You only need like a dozen things to repeat. Number three.
Any blender will do; just drink your greens. It’s going to make it faster. It’s batching. It’s the same thing over and over.
Drink your greens. Number four you don’t have to like beets.
You don’t have to like everything. And you don’t have to always eat healthy. So just go easy on yourself. Number five. Eat what you don’t have to count. Things like quinoa and green vegetables. Things that you’re not counting calories.
That’s the stuff you want to eat. Focus on the positive. These are things I eat instead of these are the things I avoid. It’s really tough to go at it alone. Challenges and life is so much better when you have a partner to ride the ups and downs with. Make it easy to stay on the path. Get rid of the junk in your house. Keep the house stocked with… That’s number 9: healthy snacks. If you have healthy snacks. Dip-ables! So hummus and salsa. We make queso once a week. Snacks you like. And then number 10 : pre-chopped is OK. It’s OK to get pre-chopped cauliflower. We rice our own cauliflower
when we make cauliflower rice. But if it’s going to save you time and it’s going to make things easier there’s no shame in it. Those are 10 tips on
