Hi, I’m Daniel living in Adelaide, Australia. Today, I’ll tell you about the 2 month weight change in High obesity, One Meal A Day(OMAD), intermittent fasting and walking diet. It was my weight 2 months ago before I started dieting. At the beginning of the diet, One Meal A Day(OMAD) was difficult, so I ate a lot. After the 2nd week, the stomach shrank, so I got used to One Meal A Day(OMAD) AS I’ve been on a diet, I was satisfied with only small amount of food. For 1 month, I lost 10.9kg as a walking diet with One Meal A Day and intermittent fasting. After 1 month of diet, the vegetarian diet was difficult, so I changed to a fruit diet for One Meal A Day(OMAD) I ate watermelons, melons, apples, grapes, plums, strawberries, kiwis, mangoes and sometimes I ate eggs for protein. At 6 week, 13.8kg was lost and became 92.9kg. I compared the pants I wore with my new pants. The pants I’m wearing are now a little bigger, at 91.8kg. I compared 38inches with 34inches. Although I did my best to loose weight till 90kg….. Lunar New Year has come 🙁 So I couldn’t stand my appetite and had a cheat day… The next day, I gained 1.2kg 🙁 Since I had gained more weight because of Lunar New Year food, I walked one or two more hours than usual for 1 week, and then I was able to reach 88.8kg.
