  1. two that I know off is cannabis seeds, and apple seeds. I forgot what the apple seeds were for, but the cannabis seeds work on breast cancer. though if you eat the apples seeds, don't chew them, they are poisonous if chewed.

  2. this is pretty stupid especially the sun part yes it gives you vitamin d but sunlight also causes skin cancer this lady has no idea what she is talking about the only real way you can prevent cancer is by killing your body with the medicine every month. btw i have cancer and i am typing this from a hospital.

  3. The only most effective source of Vitamin D, which is essential for absorbing calcium and phosphate (necessary for healthy bones and teeth– basically, you need Vitamin D for strong bones), is the sun. But not too much sun, of course; 20 minutes a day is considered sufficient. If more, the use of sun-screen becomes a must. Vitamin D deficiency can pose many health threats, including rickets. Women who don't get enough sunshine are likely to give birth to children with rickets.
