on a ketogenic diet so let’s dive in – hi I’m Christine for low-carb planner
and welcome to another great recipe today we’ll make a super delicious
sandwich wrap my friends for this recipe you don’t need much it’s just a
typical ingredients what should what do you need for a keto sandwich but without
the bread or with the pita or whatever is high in carbs so the first one will
be you take a baking paper and just lay it out and then spread it on top with some
romaine lettuce you can go here with two to three columns, it depends on the size on
your leaves but I got here with smaller romaine lettuce that’s why I’m going
here with three columns or three rows and I try here to fill the gaps evenly
because we will top some sauce that we don’t drop it okay next step will be the delicious
garlic sauce with mayo you can go here with mustard so just be here generous. You can use any
sauce you want which is low in carbs I think this is a wonderful combination let me know the comment

Coppa this is an Italian ham super smoky taste it’s high in fat so it’s
perfect for a keto sandwich plus I’m going to add some salami
and this portion is one portion if you eat the whole wrap this will be a whole
meal but if you share it which is always good then this is just only a snack okay so to increase the veggie intake
we’re going to add some more chopped bell peppers some tomatoes and I bought
here some smoked cheese balls so you can go with regular cheese that’s totally
fine but I just only had this and I think
they gave this sandwich rep a beautiful smoky taste like every grade sandwich
it needs avvocato just top half an avocado and you’re ready to go or ready
to relative this thing or you should or should I say you’re ready to roll for
rolling it up you need to tuck with both sides into the center and then just tuck
one side like I’m going from the right side into the left side you will see it
and then you really really need to roll it very tight otherwise it will really
fall apart okay when you eat it you need to tuck in
the ends otherwise the sauce will drop through and now the sandwich prep is
ready to cut into half so you can easily enjoy it instantly or just for later it
