Have you tried all of the fad diets out there? The grapefruit diet, the cottage cheese diet
etc.? Are you at the end of your rope and in despair
over ever losing weight? Are you saying: Oh please not another diet? This is not a diet it is a restricting of
the way you eat. Yes there is hope for you to lose weight on
this! It’s pretty simple. Eat less. Reduce your caloric intake to 1500 calories
a day. For the purposes of this article let us look
at a sample four day 1500 calorie diet menu below. DAY 1 of 1500 Calories Breakfast: 1 and one fourth cups of cereal,
skim milk and one half a cup of strawberries Lunch: 1 cup minestrone soup and 2 slices
of whole wheat bread Dinner: Halibut with steamed white rice and
tea to drink One snack to eat at your choosing: Once ounce
of peanuts Health Tip: You must spend more calories than
you take in DAY 2 Diet Menu Breakfast: A breakfast cereal of your choosing
with skim milk and unsweetened fruit juice Lunch: 1 banana and a yogurt Dinner: 3 ounces of chicken breast with one
cup of pasta Snack: One small chocolate bar Health Tip: Try to drink at least six to eight
glasses of water a day DAY 3 1500 Calorie Menu Breakfast: Plain bagel and caffeinated coffee Lunch: 2 ounces of turkey on whole wheat bread. One half a cup of skim milk. Vegetables of your choosing Dinner: 4 oz of whole wheat pasta with one
half a cup of marinara sauce. 2 tablespoons of grated cheese. Snack: Muesli or honey nut health bar. Health Tip: Try to get plenty of exercise. 30-45 minutes a day is a great goal. DAY 4 Diet Menu Breakfast: 1 cup of oatmeal. One fourth a cup of skim milk. Raisins and 1 slice of whole wheat toast. Lunch: Tuna salad sandwich with whole wheat

enjoy goodies once in awhile. This is of course just a sample idea. I recommend going on the Internet or going
to a bookstore and getting some weight loss books that have sample diets in them. The important thing to realize is you are
not alone and you can do this. Start an exercise program, slowly reduce your
caloric intake with a 1500 calorie diet and watch the pounds melt off.
