There are a few things to keep in mind before you order. Before you go to the restaurant, check on the nutritional information on the restaurant’s website. But if you forget to do this, you can ask for a nutritional information chart, most restaurants should have it, and sometimes it’s even on the menu. Next, find out how the dish is prepared. What you’re looking for is anything baked, broiled, grilled or steamed. What you want to stay away from is anything fried, or from my sister’s easy bake oven. So just stick to your portions! Just because it fits on the plate, doesn’t mean it fits in your stomach! So wrap up the extra and take it home or share it with someone! So don’t avoid going out!
