so right now we’re finished doing that
8:30 p.m. better go get food shopping done for the week some of the essentials
that I will be needing as well as rookie so I’m gonna go get that done now and
maybe give you a little tour and a little insight and what things to shop
for yep that didn’t go so well last time but today I promise you guys I’m
specifically taking you guys out so you can see what to shop for what groceries
to get to get a good buddy to live healthy to look good and feel good that was a little sinner guy up there on
back PAK’nSAVE sign all right so now here at the fresh
berries Green section things like this you can
usually use for like a snack it’s fruit so it’s natural sugars fructose I don’t
recommend it all the time because you get a member fruit has also hard to be
honest I don’t really eat any fruits this out from a banana because it’s high
in potassium and you need that you need some quick releasing cars before working
out or just after working out those are the only time that I really eat a banana
or any fruit at all avocados a great source of fats but don’t you downside
about this is it’s very very hard to measure it just scoop this thing put on
the scale and it kind of gets messy so I don’t heat it but a really good
source of facts and when it’s this season and it’s not too expensive on
earth but when it comes to health the price shouldn’t matter anyway I’m not really here to shop I’ve done
most of my shopping yesterday I’m just purely here because the
purposes of making this video for you guys one of the most important and
favorite meals and then I pulled items that always interpret into my meals as
Rocky’s now these this is a very juicy large broccoli but I have some bigger
ones in these already which I got fresh from my mates strawberry farm by the way
I love strawberries as well oh that’s another exception by the way and love
strawberries so I kind of work them into my table sometimes may in the morning
with marks but this it’s a godsend natural boost of testosterone and great
fiber source as well Kimbra now this comes in many different
colors this is a potato I thought it was this one this comes in gold orange so
it’s orange becomes in red as well of purple and marine whatever being a
chorus and it also comes to like go gold format but I can’t see that one here but
this is the one that I eat very nice good fibers good source of carbs highly
recommended this is a pretty huge onion massive serial energy drinks up and go
these things are just loaded and filled with sugars it’s gonna make your fat put
on body fat make your ever weight Speyer from these
as well coconut water not better recommend this
specific one but it’s great if you haven’t checked out my video the the

source of hydration and potassium as well tuna another source of protein I have an
almost a via every other night cheap as well and you can give them in different
kinds of tuna I recommend the one in olive oil because that also gives you
the good fats some people prefer the ones in the water but I like the one in
the oil and it gives a nice flavor as well some people don’t like that flavor
but I guess it’s preference but if you’re looking to avoid the fat
definitely get the tuna and water rice and have a great source of carb
highly recommend it I have it on every other meal every now and then I like
white rice the reason is it’s a bit lighter on the stomach yes it does
digest faster and it is a little bit of a simpler carb but the complex cars
version which is the brown rice that’s good but it’s a lot but not a little bit
heavier and it sits a little bit longer in your stomach so sometimes late at
night I don’t like that but during the day I don’t mind having brown rice at
all bread is a hit miss and it’s the love-hate relationship but some people
might work well for some people it does not work well for me in general it
doesn’t really make a difference but I prefer not to eat bread because
sometimes the yeast in the bread will make you feel bloated and also depends
it with what else you’ve eaten during the day it might react with that so I
just say say and I don’t incorpor grit into my diet fish you and I’m getting
ready for a competition or if I’m dieting mixed berries great antioxidants keeps
you looking younger if you can’t get the fresh version version get the person one
and last longer it’s packaged it’s pretty compact and if they really need
it you don’t have to go looking for fresh ones they are pretty much fish
like this president no wait is it fresh no as far as the frozen not fresh so
that’s a little look into sort of things to look out for when you are going
grocery shopping famously let me get into the car and go a little bit more in
detail of the things the basic things that you really need ideally to stay on
top of your diet and nutrition so that is a little look into what I do
when I am going to do my grocery shopping so they’re keeping guys I keep
it simple I get it I keep it minimal I keep it basic so that eliminates the
option for you to having to crave so the key things that I really get is kumrah
what’s your sweet potato brown rice or white rice chicken chicken I get off on
my special butcher not allowed to film in this Oh haven’t we able to show you
guys what my chicken looks like but it does look like a chicken breast the
other thing I get is broccoli and along with that sometimes I get asparagus and
asparagus is not always in season when it is in season I always like to eat
asparagus as well as broccoli as well and to top up sort of the things that I
eat with my meal I like to top it up with sauce now sometimes I use nando
sauce sometimes I just use general normal ketchup barbecue sauce steak
sauce but when I am one month from a competition I start putting any of these
kind of sources or anything in there I also use pink Himalayan salt which I
forgot to show you guys in there because I don’t restrict sodium or hold back on
