  1. Grape fruit tastes really good. You just have to remove the thin layer of skin and only eat the fruity part. If you eat the skin, it tastes really bitter!

  3. What can be replaced with the bacon because i can't eat bacon for breakfast I have my reasons. I also have nite time shifts I sleep from 6.30am to about 3pm so when i wake up i eat my breakfast really late around 3.30 to 4pm and my lunch around 8pm and eat my dinner at around 1 to 2pm so will this diet work for me since I have such a bad routine.

  4. i think i'm going to try this… but i will probably take vitamins and still excersize. I'm going to florida next month and i really want to quickly lose some weight..but then i will keep it off by eating healthy, not so extreme as this diet though.   5. @Eeveefan100 Lol yeah i failed…i only lasted one week, it was a little hard. I wasn't hungry but i was craving other foods, it was just hard to walk through the kitchen and smell all the good food my mom was making and then not being able to eat it.. In the one week i did lose a couple pounds 🙂

  7. i just drink white grapefruit (unsweetened) and water every day and i lost like 5 pounds in a month by doing nothing.

    Thats normal, Ive been doing this diet for 2 months now, I did not lose weight the first week, but then I lost 10lbs the second, you can eat something else for breakfast just make sure it's high protein, and low-carb. Ive lost 25lbs so far, and I do not drink the coffee or milk.

As for the bacon. you do need it. all menus for this diet mention not to skip it! the fats it has/allows u to include are whats needed to make the diet fully work. try turkey bacon and try to at least do one cup of coffee if not try tea! just no sugar! and ive read that sometimes u dont see a weight loss until day 5 but on day 5 u may notice 5lbs lost! 😀

  24. My mom did this diet years ago and I remember her loosing weight. She has always been on the heavier side and she lost the weight pretty well.. Sundays she had cheat days but couldn't over do it.. I'm about to get on it next month..
