have to go out and buy the latest and greatest look that everybody is talking about. It’s
a fat diet and everyone is following it and everyone is loosing weight and everyone is
eating healthy. Because in the long run other new fat diets are going to come out and then
everybody is going to be reading that book and when you’re a busy person it gets too
complicated. So whether you’re a busy student or you are a busy mom, you might own your
own business, you might do all three of those things at the same time. You don’t have to
spend your time going out and buying the latest and greatest book when you can just simply
create a balance diet by planning a balance meal, planning on how you’re going to get
those balanced meals into your diet. Then also scheduling your health into your busy
