How to Have a Healthy Diet with a Busy Schedule : Problems with Fad Diets


If you are really busy then you probably don’t
have a lot of time to be thinking about which foods you should be eaten, which foods you
shouldn’t be eating, where you should be shopping. All of these things can go along with different
fad diets. You want to be careful and you want to just forget about eating high protein
diets, you want to forget about eating diets that tell you, you can eat this you can’t
eat that. You want to forget about eating maybe just foods that tell you, you can only
something like soup or grapefruit or something like that. What you want to do is forget about
that and start saying to yourself I can have all foods that fit into my diet. By eating
a variety of foods and choosing and learning more about food and nutrition, I would be
able to move forward and be successful with my diets. So forget about all those fads,
all of those things that people have told you in books or on TV who don’t have the credentials
to talk about food and nutrition. If you’re really confused, go see a dietitian.
