I’m here with one of the very healthy recipe it’s an almond floor burrito or
chapati or you can say bread and if you are on diet you want to meet you you
want to fulfill your craving that and you want to pretend that you are eating
some bread and this is a good way Percy and it will give you the feeling that
you are eating the bread and so and I will tell you the recipes I took about
two spoon serving spoon of immense low and I’m going to make a dough of it I’m
using the little amount of water so I’m adding it a little bit and starting
making a dough out of it so my dough is almost ready just keep in
mind use little bit of oil and little water very small amount water because it
will become very greasy so friends my ball is ready and they are ready to roll
and I’m using this ziplock to make it easy to roll and I’m putting this ball
in between this and I’m going to use this roller and until then hotter than
hot plate so by using this plastic paper it’s easy to roll otherwise it will
stick and very hard to move so I’m making this Armin flow burrito because
when you are on diet you are on low carb diet and being a vegetarian it’s
difficult to meet your cravings like for chapati burrito alright so this is ready I’m gonna do this and put it with almond
shape cut these edges of the Ziploc so that it will open up easily otherwise if
you can’t make it so I’m greasing my pan here you need a little bit of oil when
I’m putting these on the pan so just it will take time to come out like the once I’d be done and then I’ll shift it to the other side its edges
will come out by its own so wait so it’s time to flip and it looks so yummy you can also grease it a little bit and you can flap press this if your
burrito or your chapati is thick so friends this is common floor burrito I know it’s difficult to meet your protein
requirement if you are on down so this is the very good way you can
feel like as you are eating your carbs bread it’s kind of bread soften that
bread is ready to serve it’s nice it’s pure I’m in floor
no carbs in there it’s ready to go with your veggies it’s all vegetable
