  1. Know what you mean, I sort of thought the same thing but I'm working on the video of things you CAN eat and the fact that true vanilla ice cream (Haagen Daz) is one of them that lite up my life. Hope you got a second opinion before you let them take your thyroid out 🙂

  5. Am very confused asI have anemia and also low thyroid and high cholesterol- was  advised to take a diet with iron rich foods and fish! not sure what to do for the best now. also trying to eat healthily and lose weight but your recommended diet is meaning i am about 80% eating the wrong stuff!

  8. Are you joking….!?  You are telling not to eat anything.  You have included all the groups of food that are essential nutrients in not-to-eat list.  There is no other food remaining to eat for people suffering with hypothyroid.

  9. Hey, don't be that angry.  I just suggested you.  It's ur choice to accept or not.  Actually, I don't know how much soy intake is recommended for hypothyroid.

    Then she said in a comment, you can eat Hægen Das/vanilla ice cream or whatever the fuck! Lol
    I've heard and read, the fat in ice cream goes straight to the brain And will make you fat, so this is full of total bullshit!

  13. When considering eating healthy, you have to never fall victim to modern day fad diet plans. Extreme diets undoubtedly are a threat for your health, especially ones that seriously restrict your every day nutritionary intake. Many of these fad diet plans work for a short time period and then the benefits decrease after a while. You should check out Fenoboci Diet Plan on the google search engine since it isn't just another fad diet where you starve yourself. 

  14. you gotta be kidding kale is one of the most nutrient dense foods on the planet. I don't understand why such a high alkaline food should be avoided. could someone enplane this?

  16. Omg  I had to cut most of these out due to allergies , so was happy to have sweet potatoes now and again . I was eating a little kale even tho I would get itchy, now It will make my small goiter BIGGER !!  Wait  – Butter, some nuts and meat, tiny amounts of veg. this looks like the Paleo diet , closer to Keto .
