Weight Loss Diet Plan
im doing that rn, im at day 8 ^^
To be honest acctually I have did the same diet but more severely I just did'nt use to eat at all and I lost 15kgs and after that I started to intake food in really very small portions and like one spoon of something for the first time so my body did'ny freak out all at once and I did'nt gained any weight and back so it was very sucessful for me .
Guys,I tried the Jimin diet,but at the 4th day I had to puke in the sport lesson and after that I had a headache and a bellyache and I felt sooo tired.I stopped doing this diet.They‘re many better and healthier diets that could help loosing weight.I admit I didn’t believe that this diet would be soo unhealthy and I didn’t believe that I could faint,but now I know that this is the worst diet ever.It‘s really sad knowing a k-pop idol like ChimChim❤️ that isn‘t and wasn‘t fat wanted to loose weight in this hard way…❤️🖤
