I was desperatly wanting to lose weight fast back then and that’s why i did this, but please do not follow this diet plan as you will end up wasting all your effort. If you are looking for a long term diet plan that can help you lose weight without yoyo effect.   11. I’ve lost 1.7 kg in 6 weeks and I didn’t go on an extreme diet. I was 58.7 kg and now I’m 57 kg. I want to lose another kg because I want to be 56 kg. I think the best way to lose some weight is by eating more protein rich food and eating less carbs and fats. And cut some proportions, you will be fine. Don’t eat junk food because that’s one of the main reasons why people gain a lot of weight.
