are able to lose their weight by potato diet. The nutritional value of potato is this. If
you eat 100 g potatoes, then you will get only 58 calories. Even if you eat 2 kg potatoes,
then you will get somewhere around 1100-1200 calories approx which is less than the average
daily calorie intake of an adult. And this is the only reason that people are able to
lose their weight by this diet. But, this has many drawbacks. Firstly, you will lose
your weight in a very short time by following this diet. But as soon as you come back to
your old lifestyle and you start eating your same old food and come back to your same old
