Ketogenic Diet on a Time Budget – Day 10


today is day 10 of my keto diet and today it’s all about saving time I’m in the second week of my keto diet and one of the big goals i have is to do this in less time. Today I’m gonna share with you some of the tips that I’ve used to save time on my Keto Diet and I’m going to start by trying to make my breakfast in five minutes here’s my breakfast. I’m having sausage, eggs and bulletproof coffee. It took me just over five minutes – about seven minutes to put this all together, but I had to a few extra things I wasn’t planning on. A couple things that I do to save time: #1 is plan your meals the night before. So like I like to make my coffee the night before so that I can just come into the kitchen in the morning and hit the brew button on the coffee maker and starts brewing. I don’t have to worry about that. Also, if you like eggs, I got this at Walmart – it’s one of those as-seen-on-tv things but it’s the only thing that I’ve ever bought that’s one of those as-seen-on-TV, but it works amazing. You mix up the eggs put it in there for scrambled eggs. Put it in the microwave and two or three minutes later you have really nice scrambled eggs. So those are a few things that I do save myself time making breakfast in the morning. If I can make breakfast in about five to seven minutes I’m pretty happy about that Now let’s see how I do for dinner. Now for dinner I’m going to be having a salad with some roasted turkey as a protein. To make things easier and save myself some time I pre-cut all the vegetables. It’s something I like to do as much as possible First of all I have broccoli that’s cut and then also I have celery and cucumbers has already cut both for salads like this and for snacks but that makes this dinner that much easier to make. Once again I’m gonna try to do it in under five minutes. And there you have it – my whole meal in five minutes. My whole goal today was to be able to stick to my keto diet while being as efficient with my time as possible. I think I did a lot better today than I’ve done in days past.
