  3. okay i have just finished a meal similar to the one you showed i this video and man i must say i expected it to taste more like coconut. but it actually just gives it a more exotic flavor. i really enjoyed it 🙂 but one thing i have trouble wrapping my head around is the nutrition declaration on the back saying that per 100gr of this coconut oil you get 900 calories :O aint that like an INSANELY high value of calories ???

  12. is the coconut oil good for digestion too and will it aid in using the bathroom? thx for the tip on using coconut oil. i buy it but it always sits in the corner of my now im ready to go buy some chicken baby ! just thought of something. I know yer not supposed to cook coconut oil on high heat on the stove but is it good to microwave it? Just curious. I've never heard of this before and am anxious to do so
