Meghan Markle Workout Routine and Diet Plan

Hello Friends, today we will talk about Meghan
Markle Workout Routine & Diet Plan. EVERYTHING MEGHAN MARKLE DID TO GET THE BODY
SHE HAS NOW. Meghan Markle is no stranger to the spotlight. The 36-year-old shot to fame in 2011, thanks
to her role at Rachel on Suits. And from there, Meghan was appointed a UN
women’s advocate (for Political Participation and Leadership). However, nothing can compare to the public
interest that accompanied the actress’ engagement to Prince Harry. Meghan’s relationship with health, fitness
and mindfulness is an ongoing one. Over the past few years, she’s spoken quite
extensively about her hacks for eating well, exercising and maintaining a demanding career. Here, we round up everything Meghan Markle
did to get the body she has now: SHE PRACTICES YOGA. Growing up with a yoga instructor as a mother
meant that Meghan became familiar with the practice at a very young age. “[The] practice is in my blood,” she told
Women’s Health UK. “I love an intense vinyasa class—and even
better if its blasting hip-hop and done in a dark room with candlelight. The best!” SHE RUNS. For Meghan, running is a form of moving meditation. “I love running but I think you have to find
a workout routine that really speaks to you beyond trying to get goals for your body,”
she said in an interview with Shape. “For me, running, I need it as much for my
head and to clear my head as for keeping in shape.” SHE TRAINS WITH FRIENDS. Meghan told Women’s Health US: “I’m eager
to come to the UK to do a workout with Russell [Bateman], the founder of SBC. My friend Millie Macintosh raves about his
workouts, so I’ll call her up to do a class together next time I’m back in London.” SHE EATS VEGAN DURING THE WEEK. Beyoncé isn’t the only celebrity to trial
veganism for health reasons. Meghan explained to Best Health: “When I’m
filming, I’m conscious of what I eat. I try to eat vegan during the week and then
have a little bit more flexibility with what I dig into on the weekends.” HOWEVER, SHE IS NOT TOO STRICT WITH HER DIET. In the same Best Health interview, Meghan
clarified that she doesn’t restrict herself too much. “It’s all about balance,” she explains. “Because I work out the way I do, I don’t
ever want to feel deprived. I feel that the second you do that is when
you start to binge on things. It’s not a diet; it’s lifestyle eating.” Just like the rest of us, Meghan doesn’t mind
the odd bowl of chips: “I could eat French fries all day. And I love pasta. I love carbs—who doesn’t love a carbohydrate?” SHE DRINKS IN MODERATION. Meghan is a girl of our own hearts, citing
wine as one her favourite indulgences. “Of course I’m going to have that glass of
wine—it’s delicious and I enjoy it,” she told Best Health. “Do the things you enjoy within reason. Know your body and what works for you and
you’ll be fine.” SHE MAKES TIME FOR HERSELF. “I give myself the luxury of downtime,” she
tells Women’s Health US. “We are all so incredibly busy and juggling
so many things but I always take an hour to just decompress, watch mindless TV, snuggle
with my dogs and enjoy a glass of wine. That’s all part of the investment. It’s a balance.” If you have some other tips, please do share
