military diet which claims that you can lose 10 pounds in three days so I’m sure
many of you are wondering whether this plan will work or not so we can start by
discussing the details of this plan on doing when your breakfast is half a
grapefruit one slice of toast 2 tablespoons of peanut butter and 1 cup
of coffee or tea and if you have to they wanted to have caffeine lunches happy
couple true no one slice of toast and another cup of coffee or caffeinated tea
dinner is three houses of any kind of meat that you want one cup of green
beans peppers banana one small apple and one cup of vanilla ice cream sundae to
breakfast is one slice of toast half a banana and 1 whole egg lunches one cup
of cottage cheese 1 hard-boiled egg and five saltine crackers dinner is too hot
dogs one cup of broccoli half a banana carrot and half a cup of vanilla ice
cream and then for day 3 breakfast is five saltine crackers one slice of
cheddar cheese and a small apple launches one hard-boiled egg and one
slice of toast that’s it and then dinner is one cup of two and a half a banana
and one cup of vanilla ice cream so we’ll just died at work well it depends
on what you mean work with this diet make you lose weight
hell yes don’t get too excited let me explain for
day one the military declines to give you 1400 calories but according to my
calculations that number is closer to 1300 calories on day-to-day say that you
get about 1,200 calories and on day 3 they claim that you’re receiving about
1,100 calories it has nothing to do with the food that they tell you to eat or
how the food is organized it only works because it’s restricting you to a very
small amount of calories as long as your way over a hundred twenty pounds you
gonna lose weight on this diet but understand that’s not necessarily a good
thing this diet is a low-calorie high-protein diet which is nothing
special as long as you spent three days a week
beating under 1200 calories you’re probably gonna lose weight doesn’t
matter to the military diet the Atkins diet the standing on your head diet it
doesn’t matter you’re also gonna lose weight almost no matter what you get the
total her that low the military died prove this by allowing you to keep food
like ice cream the food that they have you eat is truly not good for you hotdog Chatterjee’s saltines ice cream I
mean come on guys this is clearly not a healthy eating plan ACSM also recommends

happens after the three days you’re gonna take the results you earn them in

three days of deprivation or were you really under the impression that you
were gonna keep the weight off why don’t you just start brushing your teeth only
three days or showering only three days I’m sure the rest of the time you should
know especially if you shower and brush pretty hard for those full days I mean
you deserve it and also you probably won’t lose 10 pounds in three days a
clean probably came from a very heavy meant that was used to eating a lot more
and on top of all of that what makes you think that the way to your gonna be
losing its gonna be body fat are you sure the week that you’re going to be
losing is not muscle mass water weight getting your body to look the way that
you probably wanted to look does not take three days just like the result
from showering don’t last forever a three-day guy is not going to last
forever either so to answer your question once and for all and you lose
weight on the military diet yes and you can also lose weight from eating 240
pieces of gum per day that’ll give you about 1,200 calories

  1. i did this died for 1 month, trying to burn off fat and slim down, thing is, it does exactly that but from my personal experience.It lowers weight and fat percentage and keeps it steadily down, although it doesn't meet up daily requirements to where you can do heavy or excessive weight training or exercising. So its certainly not a bulking diet or gains option. Military specifically Marines train for cardiovascular staminal efficiency and maximum endurance. Thus in sense, they run alot and do much more of fat loss/endurance gains than muscle gains. This diet is meant for a slim, agile, and enduring figure. Slim skinny. I lost 24 pounds in one month, while on this diet and doing basic exercises, running, sit ups, push ups, pull ups etc. Excessive training like iron pumping or strength training was difficult. My body was on the daily, drained and fatigue. I actually lost muscle mass in favor of fat and weight loss, lost too much too fast and my body didn't keep up resulting in this. Keep in mind also that muscle is more dense than fat so I probably lost equal amounts of both, which sucks, but it does work…Just eat alot and exercise alot and steadily stay on a diet, the more you work out the more you eat, healthily, so you maintain or increase muscle all while losing fat..Military diet is simple, effective but not recommended. cheers!

  2. So right now i ended my 3 day military diet. Cool… And now for 3-4 days i will do a low calorie diet of 1200 calories approx but the meals will be of my choice , mainly healthy ones…. And we will see … What works better, low calorie healthy diet or this military diet!

    And i wont be surprised if i will see i lose more on this military diet.

    Because i have done healthy diet and lost no weight! But I do lose with herbalife shakes 2times a day and one meal, but thats starvation

  15. lol, you talk about the unhealthy food, but don't you consider the healthy food that is accompanying the unhealthy one. Think for a second "fat loss expert"  calories matter yes but to what extent eating fucking fried food all the time below 1200 has health disadvantages like cholesterol build up, Heart disease. When you say you loose muscle I almost smashed my head on the table. You don't fucking loose muscle mass unless you have 5% body fat because the first thing the body is going to is the fat storage and 1200 calories mean that no muscle is going to be burned, as most of it is protein.

    Next time you make a video actually focus on the whole thing "fat loss expert" not on the negatives

Yeah, I too am guilty of jumping from diet plan to others as well, I think that I need to have tried every weight loss system that was available, however in the end not one of them made it easier for me to reduce and keep the weight off. I ended up trying for the very last time using the Fenoboci Diet Plan simply because my work buddy who told me great things about it and so far to date I've effectively dropped 18 lbs in 4 weeks!

  17. Yo instead what is on the video my plan was a cup of yogurt and fruit in the morning, for lunch saltine crackers and sardines, dinner is vegetables or fruit and protein such as lean meat or chicken. Including in my plan is to fast for 12 hours wake up do
    Cardio. Is that still considered as a military diet?

  18. I did this diet, it sucked, but it was a good kick start to my weight lose program. I'm a 40 year old man ,i weighed 200lbs , i lost 8lbs in the 3 days, and have lost another 25lbs in the past 90 days, working out 3 times a week,and eating around 1600 to 1800 cals a day, lots more veg and fruit, and im happy.   19. I do this diet after a high calorie weekend. I don't eat the ice cream though and substitute some items for healthier ones. usually only do day one, sometimes day 2. then get back on track with my good eating habits and exercise. It really helped when I was heavier.

  20. I have done this diet myself twice and it does work but it is hard. The key is to not go crazy after the 3 days are over and cut the junk food out and continue to drink water. I personally go upto around 1800 – 2000 per day cutting out junk food type snacks and meals

  23. hey point taken, but i think it can jump start a life style of eating a low carb, diet and most people if they see quick results will do it more often. If you can see a 5 to 10 pound weightloss in only three day , i would continue on this for about two weeks, that would be about a twenty pound loss…. as the military said SIGN ME UP!!!!!!!!!

  26. You can keep ur metabolism up and prevent muscle loss if u lift weights and do cardio. this will help you keep it off. he fails to mention alot of things in this vid

I get the thing with 3 days and how it will not forever but what if i do this military diet every other 2 days? so like 3 days of military diet. stop for 2 days then do it for another 3 days, stop for another 2 days then do it for another three days.   29. I have done military diet for 3 months and I lost 26kg it help me a lot! I did not even gain any weight back now I eat 2000calories a day and training 4× a week and I can see pretty changes

  31. This is kind of bs honestly. I credit losing 80 lbs to this diet. There are more options than just hotdogs and cheddar cheese. It's called maybe do some research and look at a substitution list. Also, look at the calorie break down they provide you with. For example it specifically says a slice of toast up to 120 calories. The bread I use is 60 calories per slice which means I get 2 slices. It's obviously going to be less calories than stated if you don't know what youre actually doing… This diet isn't for everyone but that doesn't mean it doesn't actually work. It's also low carb high protein not just low cal high protein.

  32. I did this diet 3 times (not in a row) and each time I lost 6 pounds. But he's right, after I stopped dieting like that the weight came right back on. It's definitely not good for you
