Mini Life / Blasto Update + Favourite Skincare Supplement


hello everyone and welcome back to my
channel today I’m doing a little bit more of a casual video I wanted to
update you guys on a few things the number one question I’m getting at
the moment is how is the treatment of a blasto going so blasto is a parasite
that i’ve been dealing with and i made a video on that a few months ago so yeah
everyone’s asking for an update so today I will finally give you that update and
then also it’s just kind of a day in a life so I just finished most of my
morning routine so as I was saying I just finished most of my morning routine I
got up I worked out and then I did my meditation, I showered and still like wet
hair right now hopefully in the next clip my hair will actually be done and
yeah now I was just taking my supplements as you saw. I’m obsessed with taking my collagen in the morning this is the strawberry a flavour by a Bend Beauty,
it’s super good, it’s their marine collagen with co-factor so it has collagen but also
other great things in there that’s awesome for your skin and then I will
tablets here this is again from Bend Skincare and it’s their anti-aging
formula so there’s a ton of amazing stuff in here including your fish oil so
EPA DHA your GLA at some vitamin D lutein zeaxanthin if you want me to go
more in depth on those supplements that I take in the morning then I can definitely do a separate video for that I also took
some vitamin D because sadly it is almost a winter here in Canada and I’m
not getting a ton of sunlight anymore all right I’m gonna make breakfast I’ll
show you what I’m making and then we’re gonna have a sit-down chat about blasto!
Alright so most of my breakfasts are usually egg-based I have one recipe
up on my youtube channel which is my Mexican egg scramble, it’s in my three healthy
breakfasts that is like my ultimate go-to! It’s so good but lately I’ve been
doing another kind of variation of an egg scramble I suppose. I have, I
just prep it so I most of the time make a big batch and then I prep it or yeah I
make a big batch and then it’s much easier to make throughout the week so in
here I have some ground turkey, some cauliflower and sweet potato like rice
and then some spinach what else I think that’s it so I’m gonna warm that up and
then add some eggs in there and then that’s gonna be an awesome post-workout. Alright guys so that is it it’s super
simple to make yeah it literally took me five minutes
and I’m going to add some hot sauce so this one right here
add a little bit of that I’m gonna add a little bit of salt and pepper as well
and that would be my breakfast and then I’m gonna take care of my hair and then
we’ll chat okay so I am back and yeah we’re gonna talk about the kind of
protocol that I had set up for myself for blasto which is he got parasite so I
had made a video a few months ago and I let you guys know what I was going to do
to try to naturally eradicate the blasto so that included my diet which is
honestly kind of the way I eat most of the times so as you can see from my
videos not that I do so follow a paleo diet and I do believe that that is a
very good help friendly diet I do I eat like that 100% at a time? No. I sometimes eat non-paleo foods but the majority of time I’m having a vegetables
a little bit of fruit I’m having some meat seafood eggs nuts and seeds
fermented products that is definitely like the bulk of my diet and then on top
of diet I had consulted with my naturopath for some supplements that
would support this process and I had three supplements so right
here these three guys NAC this GI microbe X and some oil of oregano so
that’s where things went a little wrong for me so I I really don’t like taking
capsules and I got lazy for sure my schedule was very all over the place in
the last eight months I definitely was doing way more than I probably should
have so that was kind of professional but then in my personal life I was also
dealing with a ton of stuff that’s just life
but I’d let that get in the way of healing of my body once again so I
didn’t take my supplements consistently at all I even probably went like weeks
and weeks without taking it at all so a lot of you have been asking if I’ve
retested I have not for the sole reason that I don’t think I naturally healed
myself because I didn’t fully do the work and if you have Lhasa you know what
is like the tests you need to get done and I’m not just gonna do that for fun
so I’m right now in a place in my life where I’m kind of reprioritizing I guess
I’m definitely removing a lot of stuff from my like professional life personal
a lot everything is just kind of a little bit up in the air
which is kind of nice because it allows me to just let it drop back into place
in a more sustainable way hopefully because definitely the
lifestyle I was living the last eight months was not sustainable at all so
longwood getting just my life together essentially what I’m saying here is I am
definitely going to get back on my supplements I don’t have a ton left so
I’m gonna finish off what I have and maybe have like a month maybe two Mac
and then depending on how I feel because I’m not gonna lie I
haven’t been feeling terrible but we’ll see we’ll see how depending on how I
feel I will either request more supplements from my naturopath do that
for like an actual full three months which is what she had recommended from
the get-go so yeah I do want to apologize because when I made those
videos that was one thing I mentioned is that I was gonna stick to it and I was
gonna keep you guys in the loop and honestly I did the exact opposite which
is unfortunate but that’s life so now I just have to move on and be better and
actually do it and actually take ownership of my health because that
definitely has to be the priority so there you go that’s my update probably
not the update that most of you wanted to hear and I’ve been kind of a little
bit avoiding at this it’s just because I knew I was gonna kind of disappoint some
people but but it just is what it is hi guys okay I am back I just went and
grabbed coffee with a friend and I’m realizing that I don’t really have a ton
of more to talk about in this video so it is gonna be dedicated on a blasto
update and yeah I have a kind of other like really fun content plan the the
rest of my content will be very centred on the Paleo diet and how it impacts
your gut health in an hormonal held those are truly what I am interested in
that I’m passionate in and that I’m kind of focusing on so that’s kind of what
