  1. YAY! Wait! Try this Title instead: Singaporeans try The Seven Day Vegan Challange Baby solves all yo problems;) I got this one from The Odd1sout. And Pasta is vegan. Iโ€™m actually so syched for this.๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ˜†

  2. I think the challenge would have been easier for them if they were more educated on why people go vegan. they would probably enjoy the whole experience more if they were guided on what's more to vegan other than broccoli! AMAZINGGGG video as usual!

  3. I donโ€™t why nobody mentioned this but I donโ€™t feel like the sponsorship in this video isnโ€™t appropriate

  4. Wow, I'm surprised that Chris is the only one who doesn't cheat. I thought Joyce and Zhin would never cheat because they are so confident in the beginning. Don't be overconfident. Learn from Chris. Honest and humble. Lol.

  5. I wish this video explored the vegan community in Singapore, and I wish the participants did their necessary research before. There are so many amazing, innovative vegans and vegan restaurants in Singapore! Would love a feature episode spotlighting on the vegan community here!

  6. It's easy to find vegan/vegetarian food in sg, should be lucky. Cos in indonesia the number of vegan eateries/restaurants are so few that you can memorise all the food.

  7. I think its diff to be vegan in sg. Go out with friends, u cant eat with them, or friends have to be conscious abt ur food choice and choose only vegan friendly places to eat, which is a hassle. After some time they dont even wanna bother asking u out anymore becos of this (im not a vegan or vegetarian but have had friends experiencing this). Also its not easy to find vegan places near u. Troublesome just to have to travel all the way there just so u can eat. Vegetarian is still more possible tho. Once on a school immersion trip to china, there were muslim friends, but halal in china isnt real halal, it was tragic, they ate cup noodles for 2 straight weeks every meal :/

  9. Veganism is a nutrient deficient diet, that does't help the environment, but damages it and the human lives it touches.

Our digestive system have a ph of 1.5 that of a scavenger/carnivore.

https://journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0134116 on a plant based diet it can increase to 3.5+ and allow more pathogens to get through and cause heaps of gut issues.

Not one anthropologists ever came across a pure plant based tribe.

Not even chimps are pure plant based. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RQq93Q2txrs

Even this plant based academic had to admit that the Atkins diet was the best in this randomised control study. The Battle of the Diets: Is Anyone Winning (At Losing?) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eREuZEdMAVo

The epidemiological questionnaire studies all the plant based doctors quote, are the poorest form of research, it's only meant to be used for hypothesis generation, when the P value is 2 or higher. NO such study has ever found such a value for meat or processed meat, but these cheap poor studies are constantly done by academics to support their university tenure. To test a hypothesis you need to conduct a well formulated randomised control studies like the A to Z study or Israeli direct study, which both gave it to Atkins or a controlled clinical study on humans. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xlfZvnV4v50

As an environmentally conscience person, I'm against industrial farming, so I buy pastured grass-fed meat and eggs sourced from local farmers, because they are healthier for us and no cruelty is involved.
When today's humans slaughter animals, we use the stunning process of rendering animals unconscious, while natures predators are not as humane.

Grain agriculture strips the land of biodiversity, cause massive river pollution, destroys grass lands and forests and uses tons of petrochemical fertilisers to creates a non-culture hell in the heart of nature, while grass land based animal agriculture rebuilds soil fertility and biodiversity.

Vegans are unable to accept the natural carbon cycle of life and death, and that an environment needs predators to prevent the herbivores from over grassing pastured lands and forests.

Their pro grain agenda is what destroys the environment, impoverishes small farmers and supports big agribusinesses profits, that burn heaps of oil transporting non seasonal plants around the world.

  10. Q: How is your diet like right now?
Chris: Anything I like, I just eat.

  11. When Joyce says her 6.50 noodles was a little expensive after Leah ate her 29 dollar pasta…..๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

  12. It gets easier over time as your tastebuds adapt. If you've been vegan for a while then you feel like meat tastes bad.

  13. Pasta is already vegan just use tomato sauce with no mince meat in it lmao donโ€™t know y she would go to a restaurant just to get already vegan pasta u can cook at home

  14. actually certain pantry stuffs are not counted as vegan if they contain dairy. and i hope you guys did check if the items are actually vegan or not ๐Ÿ™‚
