Since my graduation and post graduation was on nutrition and biochemistry, I created my own diet plan. I got down from 95 kgs to 72 kgs. I was stuck at 72 kgs. That is when I realized that just a diet plan will not suffice. My research told me that weight loss involves much more than just a diet plan. The more I made changes, the more my body responded and resumed my weight loss journey. From 72 kgs, I am now at 63-64 kgs and going stable. This channel is all about weight loss, diet plans, research information, what is a keto diet, what is intermittent fasting, role of hormones in weight loss and much more. All you have to do is to click the Subscribe button and also the bell icon so that you get notified when I post a new video. Our season 3 of weight loss challenge is going on successfully. We avoided white rice, white flour, white sugar and white salt. Many of you have been able to lose weight with that change itself. In week 2, we avoided deep fried foods and switched to healthy oils such as coconut oil, olive oil, ghee, or any other unprocessed oil. With these small changes in week 1 and 2, many of you have seen the weight coming off. 1/4th of you have been saying that you have been stuck and is unable to move further beyond the initial few kgs. I have also been getting a lot of emails and comments on the same lines. Your questions will definitely be answered. When I got stuck, I had to do a lot of research to figure it out. In a normal body, if you adjust your calorie requirements, you can lose weight. Some people cannot lose weight, no matter how hard you try. It is an indication that your body is out of balance. I found this out and removed foods that were causing the issue. I also added foods that helped in restoring balance. I was then able to resume my weight loss journey. I have created this diet plan for you. I will leave the link to this plan in the description box below. This is a paid diet plan since I have spent a lot of time for this research. This plan will help anyone with hormonal imbalance, nutritional deficiencies, thyroid problems, pcod/pcos, or any auto immune disorder. This is a paid plan. If you spend money on something, you are more likely to follow it. Also, I have spent a lot of time to create this plan. If you have tried it all, this plan could be your last resort. For free diet plans, please checkout my diet plans in YouTube. Week 3 is for people with hormonal imbalance. We are going to avoid gluten in our diet for this week. Gluten is found in wheat, barley, and rye and its products. Try avoiding gluten for 1 week. You will start seeking results. Add it back after few weeks. If you feel a difference, it is most likely to be due to that food. If you feel desperate to lose weight, try my diet plan. This diet plan includes foods to be avoided and foods to be included for people whose hormones are not in order. For example, some of you may be having low stomach acid due to which your body is not absorbing the nutrients properly. Take 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar in the morning for your body to start producing stomach acid. Nutrients get absorbed properly and your body can resume weight loss. This is an example from my diet plan. I have given a lot of supplements in my diet plan. I have listed trigger foods to be avoided and foods to be included. I have been following this plan and the dosage of my thyroid meds have reduced from 100 mcg to 75 mcgs over the last few months. You will see results over a period of time.
