In fact the only reason we require to consume for example nuts and seeds is because due to inefficient nutrient absorption in the system.     If we are talking about an all natural diet. We are frugivores. The misconception of we can eat everything is based on unhealthy bodies. The most efficient way to live is to first eliminate all the unnecessary toxins from your fat cells and clean your colon. After that nutrient absorption becomes readily available.
