  3. I'm confused 1st you stated to stay away from process food 5 seconds later you started pushing beyond meat and that egg bullshit and other vegan process food. Which is the very thing you warned us about. (SMH) And no soy is not good for men hormonal health.

    so-called vegan friendly foods. What’s the point of abstaining from processed foods just to indulgence in other processed foods with questionable ingredients?

  5. Greetings. I've been vegan for 3 yrs, on December 2, 2019. And in my most humble opinion, the best diet isn't VEGETARIAN nor. VEGAN. The best diet is esting in moderation and balance. Ps, their are vegetarians and or vegans that have chronic illnesses.

  6. Please don't be fooled all them processed foods are estrogenic and inflammatory. Canola oil is highly inflammatory and it's in all of those products.
