  1. So, basically the Mediterranean diet: rich in raw vegetables and olive oil, fish, seafood, beans and your ocasional meat and dairy.
    My grandmother and 7 of her siblings lived 98+, the other 7 died in their younger days during to the war and others from disease. A good diet won't change your destiny but will help you to enjoy the time you have to the fullest

What if in the future humans live in a more controlled and centralized society that has a lot more rules and they make a law called an age cap and it means if you reach a certain age, you have to be medically euthanized. The purpose would be to prevent too many people staying alive longer due to advances in technology.
