hi guys a very warm welcome to body
pro coach nutrition I am a Maahek Nair and now as the festive season is on
we’re going to be doing easy Vegan Laddu let’s quickly go and see the recipe half cup coconut Flour 1/2 cup oats 1/2 cup flax seeds about 4 -5 seedless Dates In a blender first we are gonna add half cup coconut flour then Oats Then Flaxseeds and lastly some dates we have to blend the
same and now we’re gonna add about 2
tablespoon coconut milk to the same so that
the laddu can be churned nicely so thats our laddu dow which is ready am gonna take small balls out of it roll into a ball and then wrap it over the mix seeds so I have some fresh mix seeds that’s the pumpkin sunflower flaxseed and sesame as well so
our festive healthy vegan ladoos are ready extremely low in calories really
delicious to taste and are delicious yummy vegan ladoo are ready they
are so simple it just took hardly about two minutes and you’re refreshing
